Creating in this reality should be easy and natural…
but we’ve been programmed with so much dis-information that it gets complicated.
You have the New Age Spiritual teachers suggesting you use their “secret” method… which also seems to add to the tangles.
What if creating is something NATURAL that your Body is already really good at!
The catch is that interference in this reality
tries to block you from creating
what’s fulfilling and exciting for you!
It tries to throw you off and block your authentic expression…

Follow YOUR excitement…
What if your inner excitement is your compass to the most direct path to where you are seeking to go?
If “New Age Spirituality” recommends it- it’s probably a trap
Many of the key elements of “The Secret” and other New Age principles of “manifesting” are actually entanglements that make you less successful and invite more interference into your life! If it doesn’t work, it’s not “you” who is doing something wrong. It’s not meant to work, it’s meant to throw you off.
Pay attention to your energy, don’t push it where it doesn’t flow
If you don’t have the energy or enthusiasm, it either means now is not the time, or the solution you have in mind is not the most effective solution.
The actions are in flow, are not always linear and logical
Flow easily navigates around interference… so the order of what you “think” you should do first, is not always the most direct route. Don’t follow what’s logical, follow what feels good and is in-flow.
Don’t “hang on” to any direction… follow what creates more & feels better…
Don’t have an opinion about how it has to be or unfold…. follow what’s lighter and more exciting. You are often navigating around unseen obstacles.
Hold creations LIGHTLY, avoid being significant about anything
Anything you make “important” alerts interference to mess with you on that issue. The way to avoid interference is to not make anything a big deal. If it’s not a big deal, they won’t bother with what you’re doing.
Don’t follow convention – do YOU
There is SOOOO much BS in this reality that literally is the opposite of what actually works for you. So doing what “everyone else is doing” is usually a trap. Follow what feels good to you personally, ignore what others think or suggest!
Work WITH your body, don’t push or drag it
Your body is your partner (and guide) in creation. Pushing your body to do things you don’t like is rarely effective. Follow your inner motivation and excitement, drop the “shoulds,” follow your flow.
Your local Body has more wisdom about creating than
your programmed mind does.
